The website is operated by QFine Jewels also known as Almas Alaniqa Jewellery LLC , which adheres to and operates in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Throughout the entire Site the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to QFine Jewels while terms like “you” & “user” refer to the individual accessing the site.

You will have additional information about orders, returns, security and privacy on other pages of this site.

 If you proceed to use our Services, you must read and agree to all our policies, especially the policies relating to the terms of purchase and our Privacy Policy. If you are aged below eighteen (18), the supervision of a parent or legal guardian is required while accessing the Website.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. You must review the service terms on a periodic basis to be updated with all changes.

Certain Services and features, such as but not limited to, newsletters AND/OR promotional information, that may be available on the Website may require registration or subscription. Should you opt to use any of these services, you willingly agree to provide complete, accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information.

- PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information submitted by you through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Critical data such as credit card details are not saved in our system to protect buyer’s right against fraud by web hackers.

- ORDERS

Orders are subject to product availability as well as approval. We hold the right to deny or cancel any orders for any reason, including delivery restrictions, availability, errors in information that prevent us from obtaining payment authorization etc.

The website stores a record of all your orders for up to 1 year. These records may be deleted at any time without any notice provided to the user.

 Once the order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email with the order details. This should not be considered as acceptance of the order, but just a confirmation that we have received it.

By going through the checkout process you agree to pay the full amount payable for the order including any additional taxes or fees.

If your order is accepted you will receive confirmation for the same as well as be notified once the order has been dispatched.

- PAYMENT

Pertinent Taxes AND/OR Delivery Fees wherever Applicable will be added to the price of the products. These charges won't be displayed along with the product prices until checkout pages.

As per the terms you agree to pay any additional charges levied by the payment gateway, or currency conversions in case of International Payments.

 You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

Any transaction subject to checks and authorization by the user AND/OR user’s bank which fails authorization will not be our responsibility. We shall immediately initiate cancellation of your order and contact you for an alternative payment method to process a transaction.

No credit/debit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider. Your card shall be protected under the SSL software (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encodes your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online.

 In case of any loss you may incur as a result of the interference by a third party who gains unauthorized access to any data you have provided at the time of accessing or placing an order on the Website or loss due to personal negligence will not be our responsibility.

- DELIVERY

All Order deliveries will be made to the address provided by you upon checkout.

Delivery Address will not be changed once order is placed.

The website is not responsible for any delivery errors or delays occurred due to mistakes in address provided.

Delivery Fees wherever applicable will be charged. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
